I led a full site redesign, optimizing the user journey from homepage to checkout, focusing on category navigation and product discoverability to increase engagement and CRO. Using customer insights and site data, I prioritized feature enhancements to drive customer acquisition and lifetime value. I launched a trade membership platform that streamlined bulk purchasing for industry professionals, resulting in higher order values and increased retention. Additionally, I managed content development, ensuring cohesive execution across site design, photography, and messaging. These efforts boosted the brand’s digital presence, improved efficiency, and drove revenue growth.
I led a strategic website redesign to align user needs with business goals, optimizing the eCommerce experience from homepage to checkout to drive engagement and conversions. I developed a framework to showcase designers, exhibitions, and archival content, transforming the site into a key sales and discovery tool. This included building dynamic artist pages and enhancing product pages with more detailed product information and personalized recommendations to improve site usability and boost conversions. Additionally, I integrated space for more imagery and videos across the site, to enhance engagement and provide a valuable resource for sales teams, industry professionals, and art enthusiasts, strengthening The Future Perfect’s brand identity and digital experience.

This initiative was part of a broader effort to optimize the shopping experience by identifying customer needs and pain points. The platform offered exclusive features like premium product options, project-based wishlists, and live customer support. I managed the entire project, from research to launch and further iteration. Additionally, I led efforts to enhance search and navigation by reorganizing product categories, adding filters, and implementing a dynamic drop-down with relevant search suggestions to improve product discoverability. As a result, we saw a 20% increase in product engagement and a notable lift in conversion rates and AOV.
